Software Does not Save Data

This solution will apply only to version 3.0.1 for FitTester 3000 and version 5.0.1 for the Quantifit.
If you have the newer Quantifit, it is highly recommended that you upgrade to FitTrack GOLD. Call us for details.

The symptom presents itself after the software is closed. Upon re-opening the user is asked to re-enter a company name and all previous data is missing!
